The woodland that shelters one side of the villa is a place of silence and peace, ideal for walks and meditation. Our international guests appreciate the privacy and the sophisticated, jet casual elegance offered by the villa. Nature is an essential part of the breakfast menu, as well. The continental breakfast is carefully selected according to organic standards, and all produce from our own gardens is grown according to these same organic principles. |

Accademia House is a nice and warm tourist house right in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, at first floor of a 1.500 D.C. building. We personally renovated the House in year 2005. The apartment used to be the dining room fo the Convent of “S. Maria della Neve” and has an unexpected and unique architectual structure. You’ll experience Florence just few steps from the Accadamia Gallery home of the Michelangelo’s David statue. The area offers fine restaurants and bars and it’s famous for its old book stores. Accademia house is the perfect location for a very nice price to experience Florence the Cradle of Renaissance. |

Each room has been designed in different style but keeping the spirit and characteristics of a building of the year 1.500. Antiq Room – 27 sqmt, the room is designed with antique furnishing belonging to my family since the beginning of the century and other pieces that have been finely restored.Its main characteristic is the vault ceiling with bricks. The room has tv and private toilet with shower Modern Room –24 sqmt, the room has a very modern furnishing in white and red. Still with the vault ceiling with bricks and a fresco an the wall. This room has a large toilet with bath/shower and a nice terrace in the building court. TV. Classic Room – A warm and confortable double room with wood ceiling.
